This mango-ginger-sorbet is insane! The perfect dessert for these hot summer days. You only need 3 ingredients and not necessarily an ice cream maker. It is only sweetened with some maple syrup and therefore the perfect alternative to conventional ice cream!

2 ripe mangos
1/2 cm fresh ginger
2 tbsp maple syrup
1. Peel the mangos and remove the flesh from the pit. Peel the ginger and chop roughly.
2. Put the mango, ginger and maple syrup into a food processor and mix until smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and process into ice cream. Alternatively, transfer the mixture into a pot, freeze for 30 minutes and mix thoroughly with a fork. Repeat 4 more times and then freeze for another 2 hours.
