Kale is such an amazing vegetable, and you can prepare it on so many different ways. These kale crisps can be served as an appetizer or as a veggie side. Top them with some sesame seeds to make it look fancy.

Ingredients
8 large leaves of kale
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
salt
pepper
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Wash the kale and take it of the trunk. Spread it on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and smoked paprika powder.
3. Bake for 5 minutes and stir well. Bake for another 5 minutes until the kale is very crispy.
