Avocado on Sourdough

This may all-time favourite breakfast for lazy mornings, you will love it and it is super easy! Avocados are rich in vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals and healthy fatty acids such as oleic acid, which helps lowering blood cholesterol levels and therefore supports cardiovascular health. Despite numerous health benefits, it should still be consumed in moderation as it is relatively high in fats.

Ingredients


2 slices of sourdough bread

1/2 large avocado

salt

pepper

paprika powder

chilli flakes

 

Method


1. Toast the slices of sourdough bread.


2. Finely slice or mash the avocado.


3. Top the toasts with avocado and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and some chilli flakes.
