This super quick and easy mango snack is the perfect combination of sweet and salty. Serve it as an appetiser at your summer barbecues or prepare it as a healthy afternoon snack.

Ingredients


1 mango

1 lime (juice)

chili flakes

fleur de sel


Method


  1. Peel the mango and it into wedges. Drizzle with lime juice, and season to taste with chili flakes and fleur de sel.
