Ingredients
45 g oats
250 ml liquid (water or
plant-based milk)
8 cherries
1/2 - 1 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp cacao nibs
1 tsp honey
Topping:
3 tbsp natural or soy yoghurt
1 tsp cacao nibs
fresh cherries
Method
1. Cut the cherries into quarters.
2. In a small pot, mix oats, water or milk, cacao powder, honey, and cacao nibs. Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes until the porridge has the desired consistency.
3. Top the porridge with yoghurt, cacao nibs and fresh cherries.
