Burrata is so delicious and usually combined with tomatoes. However, if you add some fruit , the dish has an amazing sweet twist. You could also use peaches or apricots.

250 g cherry tomatoes
1 handful fresh basil
1-2 tbsp olive oil
fleur de sel
1. Quarter the tomatoes and cut the nectarine into slices.
2. Place the burrata in the middle of a plate and place the tomatoes and nectarine slices around.
3. Top with fresh basil leaves, olive oil and balsamic glaze. Season with fleur de sel and pepper.
