This is my current favourite breakfast. Have you ever tried to fry bananas? If not you absolutely need to make this porridge, it is the perfect start to the day! You will love it!

Cooking Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 15 mins
Servings: 1 person
Ingredients
45 g oats
250 ml water or plant-based milk
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cinnamon
Topping:
1 banana
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 tsp white almond butter
Method
1. In a small pot, mix oats, water or milk, salt and cinnamon. Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes until the porridge has the desired consistency.
2. Heat some sunflower or coconut oil in a pan. Slice the bananas and fry them for 1-2 minutes on each side until they start caramelising.
3. Top the porridge with the bananas, chocolate chips and white almond butter.
