Courgette Tart

Another great recipe to use the courgettes that grown in your garden. You can either serve this as a main dish with some fresh salad or cut it into thinner slices as an appetizer.

Preparation Time: 15 mins

Cooking Time: 30-35 mins

Total Time: 45-50 mins

Portions: 1 tart



1 puff pastry

1-2 courgettes

100 g cream cheese

1 lemon (zest)

25 g parmesan (grated)

1 garlic clove

fresh oregano





1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

2. Finely chop the garlic, and fresh oregano. Grate the lemon. Season the cream cheese with salt, pepper, lemon zest, the chopped garlic, and fresh oregano.

3. Spread the cream cheese evenly on top of the puff pastry.

4. Finely slice the courgettes and distribute on top of the cream cheese. You can also add some grated parmesan if desired.

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
