Nut Butter Fruit Toast

A healthier version of the popular PB&J toast. Feel free to experiment with different nut butters and fruits.

Portion: 2 toasts



2 slices of bread

1-2 tsp peanut butter

1-2 tsp blanched almond butter

1/4 banana

3-5 strawberries



1. Toast the slices of bread.

2. Bread each toast with a different nut butter.

3. Top the peanut butter toast with slices banana and the almond butter toast with strawberry slices.
