Ricotta and Grilled Peach Toast

Who said toast needs to be boring? This ricotta and grilled peach toast is super easy to prepare and brings some variation to your daily breakfast. Peaches should be eaten unpeeled as the skin contains a high amount of vitamins and minerals. They are high in antioxidants which slow down the ageing process of the body.

Portions: 2 toasts



2 slices of bread

4 tbsp ricotta

2 flat peaches (or 1 normal)

2 tsp honey

1 handful raspberries

fresh mint leaves

sunflower oil



1. Toast the slices of bread.

2. Slice the peaches. Heat some sunflower oil in a grill pan and grill the peaches 1-2 minutes on each side.

3. Spread the bread with ricotta, and top with the grilled peaches, raspberries, mint leaves and honey.
