Tropical Porridge

Porridge can also be very refreshing if you chose the right toppings, such in this recipe: fresh mango and passion fruit. To add some tropical flavor to the porridge itself as well, it is made with coconut milk and water.

Preparation Time: 5 mins

Cooking Time: 5-10 mins

Total Time: 10-15 mins

Servings: 1 person

 

Ingredients


45 g oats

75 ml coconut milk

175 ml water

1 tsp honey

1/2 mango

1 passion fruit

 

Method


1. In a small pot, mix oats, coconut milk, water, honey. Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes until the porridge has the desired consistency.


2. Meanwhile, cut the mango into cubes and spoon out the passion fruit pulp.


3. Top the porridge with mango and passion fruit.
