The easiest and best baguette ever. It is supper fluffy inside and has an amazing crust on the outside. Bake it for your Sunday morning brunch or enjoy it for dinner with some yummy antipasti.

Preparation Time: 10 mins

Cooking Time: 20 mins

Total Time: 30 mins

Portions: 2 baguettes



7 g dried yeast

300 ml water

375 g flour

1/2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt



1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water and add to the flour. Add the salt and briefly knead into a soft dough. Let rise for 2 hours.

2. Preheat the oven to 250°C.

3. Cover the work surface with enough flour and pour the dough on top of it. Top with another generous portion of flour. Divide into two pieces and form 2 baguettes, twist them a few times for a nice look.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
