Blueberry & White Chocolate Porridge


Blueberries and white chocolate are the perfect combination, and therefore, this porridge is the best way to start your day! Due to the sweetness of the white chocolate chips, you do not need to add additional sweeteners to the porridge. Give it a try, it only takes 10 minutes!

Ingredients


45 g oats

250 ml liquid (e.g. 100 ml water + 250

ml rice milk)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp lemon zest

4 tbsp blueberries

2 tbsp white chocolate chips

 

Method


1. In a small pot, mix oats, liquid, vanilla extract and lemon zest. Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes until the porridge has the desired consistency.


2. Top the porridge with the fresh bluebrries and white chocolate chips.
